Gaize is a Real-Time Test for Drug Impairment
Gaize is a 5 minute test for active drug induced impairment. The system will conduct a series of simple eye tests that are based on the tests law enforcement uses to detect impaired driving.
These tests have a 45+ year history of use and significant scientific validation behind them.

Why was this change made?
Employers are faced with an extremely challenging operational environment. They need to both respect employee rights and have a responsibility to provide a safe workplace. Gaize is the solution.
While chemical drug tests can be positive for days or weeks after the last use, Gaize is only able to detect impairment in the moment. This is the key difference between Gaize and a drug test.
Gaize allows employees to safely and responsibly use legal substances on their personal time, and demonstrate their fitness for duty while on the job.
Your employer is has implemented the most accurate, fair, and evidence backed impairment detection system in the world. Please help them keep the workplace safe by arriving sober and ready to work.
