The completion of all the information requested through the Website is necessary in order to ensure optimum provision of the services offered to the User. If all the information required in the Website is not rendered, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided may be performed, provided correctly or adjusted to the needs of the User.

The term User/s is used in this policy to refer to all persons over 18 years old who access the Website.

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the “Policy”) describes how Gaize, Inc. collects, uses and shares personal information that we collect from you as a user of Gaize websites, devices, applications and services (together, the “Services”). Gaize strives to comply with all laws that apply to our processing of information collected about you.

We may add to, or amend, this Policy with other notices, informing the User the changes made in order to renew the given consent. We may also post different privacy statements for some Services, and when we do so, this policy does not apply. General information: description of the information contained in the privacy policy

For each of the different data processing performed by Gaize, you will find in this Privacy Policy a table identifying the following information:

For these purposes, we inform you that we do not transfer your personal data to third parties unless there is a legal obligation. Detailed information about data processing

The User may provide Gaize, on a voluntary basis, personal information, either through certain forms of data collection (included in the Website, social media, records to events in paper format, by phone, etc.), or through email addresses authorized for this purpose.

Itemized Data Retention Period:

a) Personalized and customized experience, content, marketing and recommendations across all our Services. Retained for 36 months.

b) Respond to your comments and questions and provide customer service. Retained for 7 years after the end of the contractual relationship.

c) Manage the contractual relationship with the client, contract performanceYour data may be shared with other necessary collaborators to carry out the performance of the contract. Retained for 7 years after the end of the contractual relationship.

d) Provide and deliver products and services that you request; Any collaborators necessary to carry out the agreed services or delivery of products, such as our storage provider. Retained for 7 years after the end of the contractual relationship.

e) Send you information related to your requests and purchases, including confirmations, invoices, technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages. Retained for 7 years after the end of the contractual relationship, or until consent is revoked.

f) Communicate with you about contests, promotions, rewards, upcoming events and news about products and services offered by Gaize and our selected partners and to process and deliver contest entries and rewards. Any collaborators necessary to manage the contests, promotions or events. Retention: 24 months.

g) Link or combine your personal information with other information we get about your use of other Gaize and from third parties for the purposes that we disclose in this policy, including to help understand you and your needs. Retention: 24 Months.

h) Protect, investigate and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized or illegal activity. Only by legal obligation from courts and law enforcement agencies. Retention for the life of the company.

i) Filter the content that will be shown on the virtual reality products. Retention: 24 months.

j) Compile usage information and other statistics and insights relating to the Services and Products. Retained for 7 years after the end of the contractual relationship.

k) Facilitate sharing information and content that you upload via social media. Retained until the User revokes the given consent.

l) Operate and improve our websites, products, services and marketing. Retention: 24 months.

In all cases, Gaize will keep the data duly blocked, without giving it any use, while they may be necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims or may derive some type of judicial, legal or contractual responsibility from the processing, which must be attended to and for which its recovery is necessary.

Regarding the processing of your data for promotional or advertising purposes, the data subject will be provided, together with the corresponding data collection form, the appropriate procedure, simple and free of charge, so that the User can freely give the consent for this purpose. The consent granted may be revoked at any time and at no cost for the data subject.

Regarding the processing of data carried out by celebrating raffles and contests, we inform you that Gaize can perform them through third-party websites other than our Website, as well as contract the services of specialized websites in the provision of these services. Categories of Data

In accordance with the aforementioned purposes, Gaize processes the following categories of data, which some of them are optional, provided both online and offline by the User:

Identification data in order to perform a contract or provide the service to users: name, surname, company, email address, phone number, fax number, date of birth, location, occupation, gender, icon, nickname and language.
Financial data: bank account, credit card number and purchase and payment records, in case you purchase Products from Gaize.
In the case of organizing events, promotions or contests: images, recordings or videos of the user, with their prior consent.
Also, through the use of cookies we collect certain information linked to your browsing as, for instance, device identifiers, your provider information, language preference, location and time zone. Its processing and purposes is explained in our Cookie Policy.

We may hold and associate any information you provide us with information gathered from other sources, including the social accounts that you choose to associate with your use of the Services, or with information we receive from other companies.

On the “ABOUT“ or “CONTACT” page, it is possible to briefly explain the reason for the communication by completing a contact form. Keep in mind that there can be no personal questions except those strictly requested by current legislation. Under no circumstances will be communicated data regarding special categories (such as health data, religion, etc.). In case of doing so, the User exempts Gaize from total liability. In the event that inappropriate inquiries or content are sent, Gaize will proceed to their elimination.

Security measures
